Adds a raining-arrows ability to Bopl Battle.

• Hold the button to charge, like Time Stop
• Charge lasts 15 seconds
• Release early to cancel
• When the charge finishes, arrows rain across the map for 5 seconds
• Cooldown is 8 seconds and starts after the ability ends

Requires BepInEx. Install with Thunderstore Mod Manager and launch the game from the manager.
