Talk to the other players through Steam voice: a voice comes from the player's cat and fades with distance, with push to talk or an open microphone.Purr!
Talk to your friends while you sort the mail. Their voice comes from their cat and gets quieter the farther away they are.
What it does
- Push to talk. Hold V to talk, or switch to an open microphone in the settings.
- Voices in space. A friend next to you is loud and clear, one across the warehouse is faint, and far away you do not hear them. Prefer everyone at the same volume? Set the voices to flat. In the lobby they are always flat.
- Microphone and headphones. Ctrl+M turns your microphone off, Ctrl+H turns everyone else off (and your microphone with them). Every key can be changed.
- Who is talking. A small list in a corner of the screen, and the name over a talking cat turns green.
Settings
Settings → Mods → Purr!
- Push to talk or an open microphone, and the three keys.
- How loud your friends are, up to twice as loud.
- Voices in space or flat, how far a voice carries and up to where it is at full volume.
- The list of who is talking and its corner, green names, notices of the keys.
The microphone itself is the one chosen in Steam: Settings → Voice.
Playing with friends
Everyone who wants to talk needs it, the host too: every voice passes through the host. Friends without it play as usual and do not hear the voices. It never pauses other mods and never stops anyone from joining.

Report it on GitHub. If the game crashed, attach the folder from the CatLib crash window,
otherwise BepInEx/LogOutput.log before you start the game again.
