Note: Use manual download and follow the instructions for this as it will not go into the mods folder. Don't use the mod-manager. Alternatively you can use the mod MapInstaller by algernon to automatically move the map to the correct location

%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Maps
if there is no maps ornder in this path you have to create one.
