Location of the executable can be found at: \AppData\Roaming\r2modmanPlus-local\CitiesSkylines2\cache\Nyoko-STCC_ShortTermCompatibilityChecker\1.1.0
It is possible that with each update you need to find the new executable(create a shortcut to desktop for easy access).
Still working on automating this entire process.
