North Harbour is an unpopulated region, but this doesn't mean it has no history! The region features older, lower capacity regional highways, with only a single national highway passing through the region, which completely ruined the regions only prior settlement!
The region features plenty of flat arable land ready for farming or a flourishing city, a large natural harbour ready for shipping and plenty of hills filled with mineral wealth.
To install this custom map, place the ".cok" and ".cok.cid" files in the following directory:
%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\Maps
(if the 'Maps' folder does not exist, you can create it)
