UnlockTransitionSpeed is now opt-in (UnlockTransitionSpeedExperimental) and should be considered experimental. It doesn't work well with cutscene skips - usually shows a black screen briefly.
Saved transition speed values are clamped to the vanilla range when the patch is disabled.
