HOSTS: the server may not start if you do not set the Virality MaxPlayerCount to 4 while the servers are under load. You can edit this in your mod managers config editor after starting the game with the mod isntalled. On R2modman this editor is just above the settings button. Clients do not need to change this setting as far as i can tell it seems to work fine.
