Extends the max number of players that can play in a lobby, adds late joining, and proper Steam rich presence!

Press your keybind (default: `) and ragdoll in front of your friends! Or just yourself, if you haven't any friends. But that's okay, we won't judge. The duration of your ragdollery is also configurable in case you just want to lay there for a while.
