Portal Warning
Pickup Portal Gun, live paired portals and normal movement. Improved traversal through layered walls, rim overhangs, gentle curves and monster travel. Optional official model from your local Portal installation.Changelog
0.4.0
Improved entry before wall contact, including stalled walking and fast crossings. Placement samples the whole opening and permits a small rim overhang and gentle curvature. Exit checks follow the mapped body position, and blocked exits retain collision and grounding. Added owner-authoritative monster traversal using native teleport handlers, plus shorter walking-route assistance for chasing monsters.
0.3.0
Removed Source walking, friction, air acceleration, crouch, sprint, jump, gravity, drag, fall-reaction and FOV overrides. Uses Content Warning's normal movement. Corrected the official model's upside-down orientation and anchors its visual to the actual right hand. The native item, inventory slot and FixedJoint retain pickup/drop/throw behavior. Added a native Steam Workshop build with no BepInEx dependency.
0.2.0
Portal Gun is now a real pickup beside the surface video camera. It occupies an inventory slot, equips through the game's normal controls, and can be dropped or thrown and picked up again. Firing is restricted to the equipped gun. Added an optional read-only importer for the official Portal (2007) world model and base texture from a local Steam installation; no Valve assets are included. The previous G toggle has been removed.
0.1.0
First experimental release: paired portals, live views, player and owned-object traversal, momentum redirection, Source-inspired movement, hold crouch, original portal device and HUD. Built for Content Warning 1.24.0.
