Manual Install

1. Install the already provided BepInEx for Darkwater.
2. Download this mod.
3. Place the NoFootstepsSouns.dll into BepInEx/plugins.

If you're using Thunderstore Mod Manager then just click on Install with Mod Manager and it will automatically download any dependencies.
