Darkwater Proximity Chat

A BepInEx mod for Darkwater that replaces the default proximity voice chat with an improved logarithmic volume falloff system. Voice volume now fades naturally with distance, with configurable range values. Intercom functionality is unaffected.

Installation

Install BepInEx for Darkwater.
Download this mod's DLL from the releases.
Place the DLL in your BepInEx/plugins folder.

Configuration

After first launch, a config file will be generated in BepInEx/config. The following options are available:

Option	Default	Description
`MinDistance`	`3`	Distance in units at which voice is at full volume.
`MaxDistance`	`25`	Distance in units at which voice becomes completely silent.
`RolloffFactor`	`5`	Steepness of the logarithmic curve. Lower = gradual fade, higher = steep drop.
