What does this thing do?

It allows you to create a infinite amount of crap from any splitter.

How do you do this awesomeness?

1. Plop down a Splitter
2. Connect a bunch of outputs (a max of 3) with no inputs
3. Set a filter for one of the outputs!
4. .....
5. Profit! You got all the stuffs
