MASSIVE taft buffs

Replaces the match music when either player selects Lincoln.

Makes JFK fire a random super every time he misses his super (Keep in mind i will not be bugfixing this mod as it would take forever and 100 issues will pop up).

makes obama 100% accurate to what people say he is like when fighting.

Adds a Second super to obama.
