Arrn'ess
Adds Arrn'ess, the Storm Sorcerer. This is a personal dnd character. Starts with 1 curse and 1 coolness, and has an affintiy for electric items and guns.
Loadout
The lich starts with 3 items:
- ARC Pistol from Once More Unto the Breach, infinite ammo
- Royal Capacitor, from Prismatism
- Cloak of the Stormbreaker, unique to this mod. Grants flight over pits and electrifies water while standing in it.
