Makes the Breach feel like Halloween!
How many hundreds of times have you been in the Breach? It's cold. It's dark. There's nothing to look at exept gray stone.
Well it's time to change that! (Well, except for the dark part.)
Fix those broken floor tiles, stitch up those carpets.
Hang up some banners, bring out the pumpkins.
Make the Breach feel like a place worth haunting again!
(The change is purely cosmetic, you won't be able to break or interact with any new objects.)
