The Ninja
Adds the Ninja as a playable character. Uses placeholder Cosmonaut punchout and bosscard sprites.
Loadout
The Ninja starts with 5 items:
- Magnum (B tier, gun) - It is a 6-round revolver that deals decent damage with a high fire rate. It is Duel wielded with 38 Special
- Hero Sword (? tier, active) - Using it as an active item sticks the sword out in the direction of your crosshair, doing 100 damage every frame for a second. Its recharge is less than a second.
- 38 Special (D tier, gun) - It can be fired very rapidly after dodge rolling. Duel wielded with Magnum.
- Smoke Bomb (C tier, active) - Temporarily become invisible to enemies. Can be used to steal items from shops.
- Explosive Decoy (C tier, active) - Places a decoy that enemies will target. The decoy will explode after taking enough damage or after roughly 11 seconds, dealing 30 damage to nearby enemies.
Gameplay/Strategy
The Ninja has no infinite ammo guns and instead must play more close up with his Heros Sword. Finding ammo is crucial as is finding more guns, further the Ninja can pick up infinite ammo guns. This differs from all other gungeoneers who conserve ammo much less
How to install
If you haven't installed BepInEx and/or Mod the Gungeon API, follow its installation guide (linked on Mod the Gungeon API's page: https://enter-the-gungeon.thunderstore.io/package/MtG_API/Mod_the_Gungeon_API/). After you've installed BepInEx, just unzip Playable_Rat-1.0.0.zip into your BepInEx's plugins folder.
