Adds The Lamb and a unique version of the Red Crown from The Cult of the Lamb into Enter the Gungeon!

The Lamb:
- Just like the mobile port, it starts with the Crusader's Blade and the Red Crown
Red Crown:
- Gains EXP from killing enemies equal to their HP, spawns a selection of items at each exp checkpoint
- Lv 1: 500 - Lv 11: 5000 - Lv 17: 10000
- At level 6, gain access to Crown Upgrades
Rituals:
Ascend Gun Ritual:
- Ascends your current gun with various buffs
- 15% DMG, 15% Fire Rate, 33% Reload Speed, 33% Accuracy, 50% Projectile Speed, 20% Clip and Ammo Capacity, 33% Charge Speed, 20% Range
Sacrifice of the Gun:
- Sacrifices your current gun for a random gun of higher rarity. +1 Curse on use. S Tier guns spawn 1 S Tier gun and a S Tier passive.
- Does not work on starter weapons
Feasting Ritual:
- Fully heals the player and +1 curse on use
Ritual of Enrichment:
- Spawn in casings on use. Can roll bronze, silver, mix, or gold. Chance improves with coolness.
Rite of Wrath:
- Grants a 20 minute buff that gives 2x damage and 1.25x fire rate. +0.75 Curse every 5 minutes. +3 Curse in Total
Doctrines:
Doctrine of Materialism:
- Decreases shop prices by 5% (multiplicative NOT additive) with each purchase
Doctrine of Sin:
- Spawns a free chest, gives +2 curse
- 70% Black, 25% Gold, 4% Synergy, 1% Rainbow
Doctrine of Sustenance:
- Healing has a chance to trigger an event
- 15%: heals an additional half heart
- 15%: give 15 casings
- 15%: restores 15% ammo to all weapons

Heart of the Faithful:
- 
I - VI: +1 Blank per floor - +2 Blanks per floor, +2 Armor per floor, +2 Hearts
Might of the Devout:
- 
I - VI: 1.1x - 1.75x damage buff
Crown Upgrades:
Resurrection:
- Revives the player with 1 heart
Darkness Within:
- Deals 15 damage to all enemies in the room when player takes damage
