Spawn Specific Chest Command

Adds the spawnspecificchest command to the game that allows you to spawn chests containing specific items. The format for the command is spawnspecificchest item_name. Examples: spawnspecificchest klobbe, spawnspecificchest junk, spawnspecificchest au_gun.
