Well this is the mod for you!

Equillibrium is a mod that (at the very least, attempts to) re-distribute items from different "sources", such as from different mods, and alter their weight for a more varied experience.

The mod has a few config settings you can toy around with to try and get your distribution, juuuuuuuust right, along with the toggleable Advanced Mode (enabled in the Config files), which re-calculates the weights of all items when a new one spawns.
