No matter which mod you use for hardcore Gungeon, Oops All Jammed or Jammomaster in Once More Into The Breach, this mod prevents companions becoming blackphantom (a.k.a the cursed enemies).
Incorporated with Gunfig so you can easily enable/disable in the game. You should drop and pick up the companion again if you toggle this option.
