Open your Spellbook in-game.You'll have new spells to teleport.Install BepinEX (if you havent)
Drop the FastTravel.dll into the BepinEx/Plugins folder and launch the game

Locate the new teleport spells.
Drag them to your hotbar or cast directly from the book.
Instantly fast-travel to different cities whenever you want!
