This mod corrects the issue where the Glue Gun, after being enhanced with the Glue Efficiency booster effect,
did not benefit from the reduced consumption effect when only a single blob was fired.
For example, with a Glue Efficiency over 100%, one blob count on the GUI could fire twice.
