Adds IPV6 type uplinks and 6 Letter codes to reactors and passwords. Works in Vanilla [All Players Required to download mod]v1.1.1
- Restricted the first value to a valid IPv6 prefix.
- Restricted randomness on the other 4 values to increase the likelihood of smaller sequences.
