Make the game a bit easier for those that suck at GTFO

This mod makes the game a bit easier with the following changes:

• Medipack, Ammopacks, and Tool Ammo pack droprates increased by 1.5
• When on low health, health regenerates up to 40%
  • Double the health regeneration speed
• Double the minimum height that you start taking fall damage (8 meters)
