  • Important Note:
    • Player's baseline health is 60.0
    • Player's infection resistance will make a difference with numbers presented below. Every class, minus classes with negative penalties, have an inherent +20% infection resistance. Why? Because I personally dislike this mechanic's implementation, but I know why it exists.

Syringe Name: Health Syringe (I2-LP Heal Syringe)

Brand: EarthGov Healthcare Department

Effects:

  • Heals the user between 10% - 20% max health.
  • Disinfects the user by 5% upon injection (removes vanilla infection values).

Notes:

  • A free heal syringe. Good alternative if you don't have a medipack.
  • The disinfection from the original version has been removed.

Syringe Name: Melee Syringe (IIx Melee Syringe)

Brand: Santonian Smiths

Effects:

  • Grants the user 3.0x melee damage for 5 minutes (vanilla: 8 mins).
  • Grants the user +10% movement speed for 15 minutes.
  • Infects the user between 0% - 10% upon injection.

Notes:

  • A strong burst damage boost for melee users. A good alternative if you want to save on ammo.

Syringe Name: Speed Syringe

Brand: Wox Rogues

Effects:

  • Grants the user 40% movement speed for 1 minute.
  • Infects the user between 5% - 10% upon injection.

Notes:

  • A quick and strong boost in speed to close gaps or escape. Make use of the short timer.

Syringe Name: Adrenline Syringe

Brand: Wox Rogues

Effects:

  • Grants the user +15% movement speed for 2 minutes.
  • Heals the user by 1.0 per second for 10 seconds (total health of 10.0).
  • Infects the user between 5% - 15% upon injection.

Notes:

  • This syringe is like a weaker version of the Speed Syringe. It's meant for more sustain usage than burst.

Syringe Name: Heal Munitions Drain Syringe

Brand: Techman Biotechnics

Effects:

  • Forfeits the user's Main & Special ammo by -20%
  • Forfeits the user's Tool ammo by -20%
  • Heals the user 0.6 per second for 3 minutes & 20 seconds (total health of 120.0).
  • Disinfects the user by 30% upon injection.

Notes:

  • This unique syringe sacrifices your ammo for a powerful heal and disinfection.
  • Be careful when using this syringe with less than 20% ammo. It might create an "ammo debt" issue where you can't use the gun until you paid off the negative ammo percentage by resupplying.

Syringe Name: Virus Bomb Syringe

Brand: ???

Effects:

  • Infects the user by 25% upon injection. Can be resisted with Infection Resistance.
  • Immediately grants the user self-destruct with a damage of 350.0 over a radius of 7.5m upon injection (it will kill both user and nearby teammates).

Notes:

  • The damage will instant kill you and nearby teammates upon use. I highly recommend you let your team know before applying.
  • Surprisingly very effective with the Paramedic Class(innate infection immunity). Use your support class as a last resort or opener to clear a room or horde.

Syringe Name: Antibiotic Syringe

Brand: EarthGov Healthcare Department

Effects:

  • Disinfects the user by 30% upon injection.

Notes:

  • Simple disinfecting syringe. Very useful in highly contaminated rundowns.

Syringe Name: Health Surge Syringe

Brand: Techman Biotechnics

Effects:

  • Grants the user 100% max health upon injection.
  • Damage the user by 0.1 per second for 5 minutes (total health of 30.0).

Notes:

  • Essentially gives me a temporary full heal to maximum then slowly damages the user till roughly baseline half health.

Syringe Name: Slow Healing Syringe (Recovery Syringe)

Brand: EarthGov Healthcare Department

Effects:

  • Heals the user by 0.2 per 3 seconds for 2 minutes (total health of 12.0).
  • Forfeits the user's movement speed by -10% for 2 minutes.

Notes:

  • While the healing is slow and weak, it's still a free heal. Just keep in mind the loss of movement speed.

Syringe Name: Rage Syringe

Brand: Santonian Smiths

Effects:

  • Heals the user by 50% max health upon injection.
  • Heals the user by 0.3 per second for 1 minute & 40 seconds (total health of 30.0).
  • Grants the user 3.0x melee damage for 10 minutes.
  • Grants the user +10% movement speed for 10 minutes.
  • Damages the user by 30.0 after 10 minutes.
  • Infects the user by 25% upon injection.

Notes:

  • Otherwise known as the berserker syringe. Use it to become a raging beast against your foes.
  • Just keep in mind the roughly 50% damage to baseline health after the effect is over.

Syringe Name: Ammo Symbiotic Regurgitant Syringe

Brand: Techman Biotechnics

Effects:

  • Grants the user Main and Special Ammo by +35%
  • Grants the user Tool Ammo by +35%
  • Damages the user by 0.6 per second for 1 minute & 10 seconds (total health of 42.0).
  • Infects the user by 30% upon injection.

Notes:

  • Opposite of the Heal Munitions Drain Syringe.
  • Gain ammo for all equipment but significantly damage the player slowly. Make sure you have enough health to deal with the consequence of using this syringe.

Syringe Name: Virus Nuke Syringe

Brand: ???

Effects:

  • Infects the user by 50% upon injection. Can be resisted with Infection Resistance.
  • Immediately grants the user self-destruct with a damage of 700.0 over a radius of 15.0m upon injection (it will kill both user and nearby teammates).

Notes:

  • Same as the Virus Bomb, but bigger and stronger!
  • The damage will instant kill you and nearby teammates upon use. I highly recommend you let your team know before applying.
  • Surprisingly very effective with the Paramedic Class(innate infection immunity). Use your support class as a last resort or opener to clear a room or horde.

Syringe Name: Advanced Slow Healing Syringe (Recovery Syringe II)

Brand: Techman Biotechnics

Effects:

  • Heals the user by 0.4 per 3 seconds for 2 minutes (total health of 24.0).
  • Forfeits the user's movement speed by -10% for 2 minutes.

Notes:

  • Same as the previous version, but double healing instead.
  • While the healing is slow and weak, it's still a free heal. Just keep in mind the loss of movement speed.

Syringe Name: Antibiotic-IX-REC Syringe

Brand: EarthGov Healthcare Department

Effects:

  • Disinfects the user by 30% upon injection.
  • Heals the user by 25% max health upon injection.
  • Heals the user by 2.0 per second for 10 seconds (total health of 20.0).

Notes:

  • The ultimate healing and disinfection syringe. If you ever find one in the wild, make sure to grab one.
