noticed a weird situation where if i start exclusive full screen, launch game, change to fullscreen window, drop into level, i would get same gpu% and fps as exclusive fullscreen but with borderless benefits (alt-tab etc)

• on game start, sets exclusive full screen, graphics initialize
• select an expedition by clicking on one, sets fullscreen window
• drop into level
• enjoy 99% gpu +30fps (if you're setup is like mine)
