NoInterruptions
Fixes most cases where interacting is interrupted by other interactions or players walking between you and the object you're interacting with.
Additionally fixes the following terminal bugs:
- Typing characters when leaving the terminal.
- Typed characters are not synced when leaving the terminal too quickly after typing.
- Executing commands while a previous command is executing.
- Terminal becoming unusable.
- Moved resources not updating to the correct location.
