enemies weakspot tumors again clamped to damagetolimbhealth. patches into enemyallocator.spawnenemy and dam_enemydamagebase.receivebulletdamage to do its business. the latter only if endskill.endskapi is absent (conflict with nativedetour). might be enough to run on host, can and should run on clients too tho.
