Install
Option 1

MotherBirthFix.dllfromplugin/(or releases tab) -
Put it in
BepInEx/plugins/MotherBirthFix/of your r2modman profile (%AppData%\r2modmanPlus-local\GTFO\profiles\<profile>\BepInEx), or use r2modman Settings > Import local mod. -
Launch modded.
