How to play

• Feeding
  • Feed your cat one "Beef can" 48 hours after their last feeding, but not before!
  • After 7 timely feedings Jess will grow into Maxwell (full-size)
  • If you take longer than 48 hours she won't grow when u feed him, you'll need to do it again after 48 hours but before 94 hours.
  • Feed him more than once every 48 hours and Max will get wide, but this resets on next feeding.
• Medical Bills [Not implemented]

History

Maxwell, the beloved meme cat, has had a fascinating journey in internet culture. Here's a timeline history:

• 2011: Jess, a female domestic shorthair cat with a white chin, is born. Her early years are spent in relative anonymity, enjoying the comforts of home.

• November 20, 2017: Jess's owner shares a humorous photo of her on the social media platform Imgur titled "Cat does not care for the laws of man." Her charming appearance and expressive face quickly capture the hearts of viewers.

• January 6, 2020: Tragically, at the age of nine, Jess is diagnosed with cancer. The news shocks her few fans and prompts an outpouring of support. Many express their well wishes for Jess's recovery and offer advice to her owner on how to afford £1500 in medical bills.

• October 12th, 2022: Steam user шизео кодзима added a 3D model of the cat, usable in Garry's Mod and other Source games, to Steam Workshop. The model garnered significant attention, being viewed over 20,000 times and favorited over 500 times in just two months.

• 2022: Jess gains traction as a meme sensation under the internet name "Maxwell." Her photos are widely shared across various social media channels, often accompanied by humorous captions or relatable anecdotes.

• 2023 - Present: Maxwell's popularity reaches new heights as her images are incorporated into internet memes, viral videos, and even merchandise. She becomes known for her distinctive "smiling" expression and quirky poses and is often confused by another internet celebrity cat with white chin: "Dingus". Many videogames include "Mods" recreating her appearance from the original Steam Workshop "Mod."
