Pride Tracers

Allows you to configure the colors of your bullet tracers, flare gun flares, and smoke grenade smoke! The default config is Pride, with trans and bi color schemes coming as options. There is also 16 color spots you can use for custom configs if youd like. Color randomization is also available.
