Chinese copy of the C96 in .45 ACPThe C96 Mauser was an extremely popular pistol in early 20th century China; the Shanxi Type 17 was a domestically produced version made by the Shanxi Arsenal in .45 ACP, as a sidearm for their Thompson SMGs.
