AirPodsPro Headset
Can suppress gun shots and increase other sound volumes.
Need helmet slot. (Can be found on some playerbodies or modded QuickBelt settings)
Each earbud provide half of the noise reduction. Click each ear to activate the function.

The headset only reduce volumes of gun shots, huge thanks to Cityrobo for helping me nailed the script works!
