Monster Hunter Rise TNHBGM

Replaces the take and hold music with Lava Caverns Theme form the hit game for the Nintendo Switch: Monster Hunter Rise. I'm no good at audio editing, but it's fine :-). Just fixed the ending part with the slightly awkward cuttoff in 1.1.0
