Meat's PicatinnyStocks

This submod contains all my Picatinny Stocks for weapon systems utilizing 1913 Picatinny rail as their receiver extension. This can be utilized as a dependency for other ModulWorkshop Mod creators to expand their weapon systems list of stock options (and profit!).
