Random Shoot House Generator

This mod will generate a random Shoot House with popper targets in the hanger. Layout will only be generated once upon game launch.

Future plan is to have the ability to generate a new Shoot House each time the hanger scene is loaded.

Shoot House is loaded via the in game scene selector.
