Potatoes' Infinite Range Grappling Gun

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Triple the thrust gained from grappling; makes grappling gun firable in every direction. Preeeeety broken, but sounds like not my problem. Adios, and have fun!

• Added config for grapple strength
• Added check to prevent pulling while bolt was not lodged in something (because anton seemingly forgot to), can be disabled in config
