Fliegerfaust
An early attempt at a MANPADS courtesy of Germany at the end of WW2, the Fliegerfaust ("plane fist") is questionably effective in its intended role due to its unguided projectiles and non-negligable spread. But, if you point it at ground targets, it can certainly make them disappear! The launcher's 9 barrels fire in two salvos with a one-tenth-of-a-second delay for maximum hit probability, in theory. Wheee!
