In the '70s, the Soviets had one simple question; what if 12 gauge isn't enough? What if we could go... bigger? Based on the Winchester 1200 pump-action shotgun and utilizing rejected 23mm anti-aircraft gun barrels, the almighty KS-23 fires gargantuan 23x75mmR shotgun shells. The KS-23's primary purpose is riot control, and the shotgun has access to a wide array of less-lethal rubber/plastic slugs, tear gas, and flash grenade rounds. Of course, for more lethal operations, buckshot and AP slugs are also available.

- KS-23A (a fictional modified semi-automatic KS-23 with an extended 6-shell mag tube!)
- KS-46 (a fictional modified pair of KS-23s welded together! Press the switch on the right of the receiver to swap firemodes!)
- KS-23 Stock (an uncomfortable wire stock for the KS-23M, compatible with anything that that has a stock mount)
- Rusak Sight (an old ass reflex sight intended for mounting on the KS-23's top dovetail rail)
