What if a sawed-off MTs-255 had an affair with a KS-23? The OTs-234 "Kuvalda", a double-action revolver firing 23x75mmR, is the bastard child of that fling. Befitting its nickname of "Sledgehammer," the revolver is immensely powerful, quick to reload thanks to a custom four-shot speedloader, and concealable. It's even got a top rail for sights! Just don't try and sue if the monster fractures every bone in your hand, this kind of power isn't for everyone.
