The MTs-255 revolver shotgun an interesting and uniquely Russian design. A standard revolver mechanism scaled up to 12 gauge and transformed into a hunting carbine? Sure, why not! However, the civilian market was not the MTs's final resting place; Russian police forces made their own take on the shotgun, adding more tactical features like polymer furniture, a top rail, a pistol grip, and a folding buttstock. Of course, things could only afford to get crazier.
The OTs-62 is, essentially, an extremely short MTs-255 with a pistol grip, custom forend, and rudimentary sights. Intended to fire low-pressure less-lethal loads, such a design is a fine idea on paper - very concealable, somewhat high-capacity (5 shots), and reliable thanks to its revolving cylinder. In H3, however, it'll be used for anything but less-lethal police work.
