Item Spawner Tweaks

This mod adds a few qol improvements and fixes for the vanilla item spawner. You can disable/configure the mod's additions in the config.

Additions:

• Ability to preview your vault files by hovering over them on the file list
• Ability to set default open item spawner page ("Firearms" page is set by default)
• Ability to set related vault files as the default list view in the item details panel
• Ability to have your local vault folder be the default open folder

Fixes:

• Fixed "Save/Load" page button not being visually highlighted when selected (cosmetic fix)
• Fixed bug where opening a vault file via the Related Vault Files list does not display its details in the Vault tab if the vault hadn't been opened previously
