To have the Hurt Emotes work (if the PlayerBody has them), you need to activate the "Light" Player Hit Effects
Options Panel > Simulation Settings > "Light" Player Hit Effects
My PlayerBodies have Catcher Cams for cinematic shots. Activate them by toggling around the right thigh.

Now, hear me out, as much as I wanted to use her original uniform, it didn't have fingees for me to map, so I went with the alternative uniform. That uniform does have a little bit of thigh action so, do forgive me for the mildly false advertisement on the icons.
And if I use the alternative uniform icons that FLASTORE made, well, that's gonna require me to put up an NSFW tag. Those angles man.

This PlayerBody is now updated with Silent's Cel-Shading Shader, promoting the intended look of this model whilst also remaining compatible with H3VR/Unity lighting and firearm muzzle flash.
This will be the new standard for future upcoming anime/cartoon PlayerBodies, as I welcome the utility this shader provides for the current roster.
