Owen "Famine's Grip" NEXOTIC
A lot of people liked the PPSH Subkelvin NXT, so this takes a few notes from that one. Nothing else is really special about it... Other than the attrocious liberties SHG took in inverting the controls.
It actually did help me learn a bit about Cityrobo's Heating Script... Particle Threshold =/= Emission Rate! No wonder why the effects didn't appear during testing, sheeeeesh.

I've been eyeballing this one a bit long before the Owen was introduced in Meatmas, Kirloper was a bit delayed in sharing the Mastercraft, but then the atom bomb dropped and all the blueprints were catalogued. Well worth the wait! Thank you Kirloper!

V1.0.1 -- This NXT was made when the Owen still had their Modmas Mag Enum. It is now a little late and the Owen has its own enum, so now the NXT has that proper enum too.
