Real name: Alex "Cerberus" Hot-Dog.

Origin: Originally from a Northern Hot-Dog border town, he was accustomed from childhood to the idea that a border is not just a line on a map.

Service: Commander of HNDF (Hot-Dog National Defence Forces) resolving border conflicts groups.

Specialization: Border Tactical operations, Survival, Hit-N-Run.

Reason for joining UPSG: Army routine and frequent rotations prevented him from properly "knowing his sector." In a UPSG he gained the opportunity to fully control the territory entrusted to him.

Philosophy: "There are only two states: order and chaos. My task is to prevent chaos from crossing the threshold."
