JUST A FIXED DLL for Not_Wolfie's SVDSVD Dragunov FIXED
THIS IS JUST A DLL FIX. Do not install this via your mod manager. Instead, download manually and replace the DLL in the original mod folder at profiles\Mods\BepInEx\plugins\Not_Wolfie-SVD_Dragunov.
Fixes & Features
1. Stability: The "Proxy Crash" Resolution
Resolved a persistent NullReferenceException that caused the game to crash or hang when spawning the SVD via the Item Spawner.
- Fix: Injected a Harmony safety check into
GoToTransformProxyto handle empty transform proxies gracefully.
2. Ergonomics: Dynamic Handguard Grips
Fixed the "Floating Hand" issue where modular handguards would lose their interaction points.
- Fix: Implemented a dynamic interaction injector. The mod now identifies your chosen handguard and physically pins a custom trigger grip to it.
- Persistence: Re-calculates and re-parents automatically when you swap handguards in the Modular Workshop.
3. Ballistics: "Context-Aware" Muzzle Alignment
The core of the patch is a custom alignment engine that ensures bullets always clear the barrel and suppressor.
- Mesh-Aware Measuring: The mod literally "measures" the physical front of your gun by scanning the 3D mesh boundaries of your attachments.
- 3cm "Buried" Logic:
- Suppressors: If the internal firing point is buried deep (signature of a suppressor), the mod projects the flash and bullet to the front face + 5mm.
- Brakes/Hiders: If the firing point is near the tip (signature of a birdcage hider), it respects the original anchor so the flash appears inside the cage.
- Dynamic Follow: The muzzle rotation follows the gun's aim and recoil every frame, ensuring pixel-perfect shot placement.
