SIG Sauer P220

A Swiss/German handgun in .45ACP!

The P220 was designed by the Swiss company SIG in 1975 and produced by the German company J.P. Sauer and Sohn. It was the single-stack predecessor to the legendary P226 and was chambered in a variety of calibers, most of which are now discontinued. The .45 ACP version feeds from 7- or 10-round magazines and is still produced in Germany and the United States.

The P220R variant was developed in 2007 and includes an accessory rail and a CNC-milled slide (previous models were stamped).
