Big Boss' very own night vision goggles, now in H3. It was meant to be a parallel development in MSF towards PVS-7, so a lot of the functionality remains similar, with its yellow-ish HUES, heavy gain and whatnot, it is retro as you can imagine it would be. And being part of Metal Gear Solid universe, it also has thermals.
To work with it, it functions similar to Anton's NVG, just grab it, place it near your face and it'll turn on.
