PK-23-01 Red Dot Sight
Russian red dot sight that is an "improvement" to the other PK-23 sight.
What's different? Basically having an interesting "flickering" to help the user to stay focus on the dot.
You can change the intensity of the reticle that can mitigate (or make it worse) the brightness/flickering
