The Pederson Rifle chambered in..... .276 Pederson! It's a toggle-lock styled system, not an actual toggle-lock where the breech moves as well but well, mechnically one would definitely think why it's toggle-lock.
It lost out to the M1 Garand, despite being a more pleasant ammo to shoot, the trigger does have some issues with locking up and the mechanism would have been more complicated for the regular GI to deal with unfortunately.
Functionally, it works similar to a M1 Garand, unlock its safety by pressing the tab on the bolt, yank the bolt back, load an En-Bloc clip of 10 rounds and fire away.
Has HIDDEN rails on the toggle lock itself, and a hidden rail on the front of the rifle. Also takes muzzle devices too. Also accept M1 Bayonet.
Model from Enlisted; Thanks to Catt for the help and Sirdrcaptain for the support!
